FSB will work every time, not some of the time. The Stain Blocking Primer cleans and removes grime, grease, or loose paint. Remove any heavy buildup with a synthetic wool pad and allows the surface to dry completely. The Primer Stain Block first coat will absorb contaminants in the wood, causing a color change during the first application, and the second will seal them.
