Returns & Refunds

If you have purchased an item online at LeylandSDM.co.uk and wish to return it, you have two options:

  • In-Store Return: Bring the item(s) to any of our stores along with the original receipt and the credit/debit card used for the purchase. These are required for a refund.
  • Courier Collection: If your delivery was via our Independent Transport Company, contact us here to request an Authorised Return Label. The courier will collect the parcel and return it to a Leyland SDM store.

Refund Policy:

  • Delivery charges will be refunded only if the return is due to our error (e.g. a faulty or incorrect item).
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 90 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
  • Replacement products will be charged until the original item is returned and accepted in resalable condition.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.

Faulty Items:

If you are returning a faulty product under warranty with a receipt, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the fault. Each case is handled individually.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
