All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming the order details. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the time frames stated, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delivery costs and options are shown during checkout. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return goods in accordance with our returns policy. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition unless faulty. Refunds are processed once items are received and checked.

6. Warranty

Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the terms of the manufacturer. Please retain proof of purchase for all warranty claims.
